Place your orders via desktop or through our Mobile Apps (Android and iOS), and let us help you save time, avoid stressful traffic and inclement weather, all while ordering from the comfort of your home or business.

Enter your area, restaurant name or menu item & choose from choice of restaurants available for you. You can choose either food or products offered under various categories as per your need and desire. Enter your details and CongoEats will do the rest of the work for you!

We have a wide variety of restaurant selections offering various cuisines such as, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Thai, French and many more. You can use the filter option to assist you in selecting the cuisine you desire!

Yes of course! You can check the online menus under the respective restaurants for their beverage list.

Yes, you can add special instructions for the items you have ordered and we will convey the details to the restaurants. For example, you can put “Extra Spicy” or “I don’t want onions” or “Kindly make my food without Salt, as I will add it later”. This can be inputted during checkout on the comments section.

The cost of your meal depends on the number of items that you have ordered. We have restaurants for everyone, so just browse and we are sure you will find the restaurant that suits your needs.

Our website is secure and uses the latest technology to encrypt your information. We ensure that every order goes out to the restaurant correctly so, no fear, we will take good care of your details.

We accept both Cash on Delivery and online payments. We are working on other payment methods to make your experience better.

Your order can be edited before it reaches the restaurant. You could contact customer support team via call to do so. Once order is placed and restaurant starts preparing your food, you may not edit its contents.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if order is not placed to the restaurant (Customer service number: 081 708 1408). Please note that we will have a right charge a minimum cancellation fee of USD 10 to compensate our restaurant and delivery partners, if your order has been confirmed.

Quantity and quality of the food is the restaurants' responsibility. However in case of issues with the quality or quantity, kindly submit your feedback and we will pass it on to the restaurant.

The restaurants may have a minimum order value listed, which you can see on the restaurant page.

Delivery fee varies from location and per restaurant. Certain restaurants might have fixed delivery fees. Delivery fee (if any) is specified on the 'Review Order' page.

Our delivery hours vary for different locations and depend on availability of supply from restaurant partners.

We will deliver from any restaurant listed on the search results for your location. We recommend enabling your GPS location finder and letting the app auto-detect your location.

We currently do not support this functionality. However, you can place orders for individual items from different restaurants.

In order to provide all customers with a great selection and to ensure on time delivery of your meal, we reserve the right to limit the quantities depending on supply.

We currently do not support this functionality. All our orders are placed and executed on-demand.

You can track your orders by clicking on your Order Tracking link on our homepage and entering the Order number. You can also contact us at 081 708 1408 (10am- 10pm).

Any major change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications like changing the flat number, street name, landmark etc. are allowed. If you have received delivery executive details, you can directly call him, else you could contact our customer service team.

We keep order processing transparent to our customers by communicating every stage of the order processing. There are 4 steps involved:

  • Step 1: Placing an Order
  • Step 2: Order Confirmation by restaurant
  • Step 3: Delivery of the Order
  • Step 4: Completion of the Order

There might be unforeseen but very rare instance when we may have a problem with the system and you may not receive email or SMS for order processing. Most often in this case, the order has gone through and it is just a problem with the system. However we recommend contacting us if you don’t receive any confirmation within 15 mins so we can check your order and confirm the details. You can contact us at 081 708 1408 (10am-10pm).

You will receive a confirmation email and a SMS from us, stating the delivery time of your order so please arrange for someone to be home before 15 mins when the delivery is expected. Unfortunately, redelivery is not possible.

CongoEats is only responsible for forwarding the orders to the restaurants and has no control over the actual delivery. However we will do all we can to help you; please email us at info@CongoEats.com or call us at 081 708 1408 and we will try to compensate for the inconvenience.

“CongoEats” Promise it to deliver Food less than 60 minutes. Every outlet you choose has an approximate time mentioned to it, this includes the preparation as well as the delivery time. In an unavoidable situation we will keep you informed through our customer service about any delays that make occur. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an SMS and email confirmation. We recommend you to order food well in advance and mention the time when you want the order to be delivered on the comments section during checkout.

Click on the Register button, which is located on the top right hand side of the home page. Fill in your details as requested before clicking ‘Register’. Registration should now be completed and you should receive a confirmation email to the registered email address.

We really appreciate your feedback and we strive to incorporate all your suggestions and feedback for future orders. We encourage our users to review the restaurant and the meal once the order is complete. CongoEats facilitates the food delivery, but we are not responsible for the preparation/cooking/delivery of the food. If you're unhappy with the quality of the food, please contact us at 081 708 1408 and we will try our best to compensate as appropriate and as soon as possible.

There may be times when an error could happen either by the Restaurant or by the Delivery person while giving you the parcel. We recommend that you should go through your delivery checklist with the delivery person to confirm the correct items have been delivered. If something is missing or incorrect, please contact us at 081 708 1408 for faster issue resolution.
